RETURN POLICY

Right of free resolution

Under the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, amended by Law no. 47/2012, of 28 July and by Decree-Law no. of Directive no. 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 25 October, the User has the right to freely terminate the contract within 14 days after receiving the order, without needing to indicate any reason, except in the case of products made according to your specifications or clearly personalized.

In order to exercise their right of free resolution, the User must communicate to ART COBBLER their decision to terminate the contract by means of an unequivocal statement sent, preferably, by email, to the email geral@artcobbler.pt, with your name, address, telephone number and order number.

Alternatively, the User also has the possibility of completing and sending electronically the free resolution form model present in their Reserved Area. If you make use of this possibility, an acknowledgment of receipt of the resolution request will be immediately sent to your email address.

For the free resolution period to be respected, it is sufficient that the exercise of the right to free resolution is demonstrably communicated before the end of the resolution period.

Effects and conditions of free resolution

After receiving the order, the User must, within a period of 14 days counting from the date on which he communicated his decision to terminate the contract, return it to the address indicated below, bearing the costs of returning the product. Returns of products whose receipt involves payment by ART COBBLER of any charges arising therefrom (transport/return costs) will not be accepted.

We do not refund shipping costs when a customer returns it without just cause, examples:

Whenever the right of free resolution is validly exercised by the User, the User will be fully reimbursed for the price paid for the product and respective delivery costs, when borne by the same, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the decision to terminate, provided that the terms of the following paragraph are observed.

The right of withdrawal and consequent return of products applies exclusively to products that can be returned in the same conditions in which the User received them, with no returns of products that show signs of use, wear, labels removed and/or cut, or that present any damage resulting from manipulation by the User.

Upon receipt of the returned product, ART COBBLER checks its conformity, checking whether it is in the exact conditions in which it was dispatched, namely with all labels and constituent parts/accessories, without showing signs of use or wear, without any damage. resulting from manipulation by the User and with the return form duly completed, if you have chosen this possibility.

Once this verification has been completed, there are no circumstances that prevent the acceptance of the return of the product, and if this has been made within the period set out in these Conditions, the return will be accepted and the refund of the price paid and respective delivery costs will be processed, when supported by the User, through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

If any of the conditions described above are not met, the return will be refused and communicated to the User via email sent to the email address used to place the order, which will indicate the reasons for rejecting the return. The User has the option of requesting the resend of the product not accepted for return, assuming the respective reshipping costs (reshipping costs).

ART COBBLER reserves the right to withhold the refund as long as the product is not received or as long as the User does not provide proof of its return, as well as the right to refuse the refund for a product that, having been returned, is not in the conditions in which it was returned. that was dispatched.

Order cancellation

Within 48 hours of placing the order, and if it has not yet been shipped, the User can cancel the order via the email address geral@artcobbler.pt or their Reserved Area, selecting the order they wish to cancel. and then pressing the “Cancel” button. In this situation, the User will be fully refunded the price paid for the product and respective delivery costs, when borne by the same, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation communication. As an alternative to cancellation, the User may always return the product according to the conditions and return rules mentioned above.
